The Halliday Fort

On Saturday morning, we woke up to the first snowfall of the season (that we've been home for). From the get-go, Kaleb and Garet wanted to go out and build a fort. After several hours of Daddy doing most of the labor, this was the resulting structure.
The boys were a little disappointed that it wasn't bigger! Jeff was exhausted!
You may wonder what the small white chimney is on the roof of the fort. That would be my bath loofah! Gizmo hauls things out the doggy door when he knows he is not supposed to have them. Gotta love him!!
The boys had a blast!! Wonder what they'll come up with next time?? It is supposed to snow on and off for the next two weeks. We are hoping for a White Christmas!!

WOW! I love the fort! That is so great! I can't believe you had enough snow to do that! I totaly remember doing that as a kid and puring water on it so it would get really hard.
