Yesterday, we were ecstatic to see Black Butt and her sister hauled off to slaughter. Hopefully, the smell will go with them!! (In our excitement, we failed to take pictures of the event.) We are NO LONGER PIG FARMERS!!!!

Hallelujah! No more pigs! Personally, I hate the taste of 'em, leaving me with absolutely no understanding of why you would purposely grow pigs. But I'm the odd man out, I know. I hope you like ham and bacon!
I suppose you've seen that crazy movie "The Green Mile." When it was over, we just shook our heads and thought, "huh?"
Thank Goodness! Our children can once again play in the backyard without dying from "pig stench!"

FYI: Bonnie no longer eats pig or any other critters that have run around my backyard and tried to come in my doggie door!!
I have been loving reading about your little farm. Aundrea just asked me the other day if you really lived on one. I am so sad the pigs have walked the "green mile". It's been nice checking in on everyone. Your family is so cute, your little girl is beautiful!
